How can Jesus be true God and true man in the same person? Where does the divine begin and the human end? Why is the divinity of Jesus of vital importance to our souls? Why is the humanity of Jesus vital to our souls? If Jesus was not fully human, he could not have lived in our place and died in our place. If Jesus was not fully divine he could not have been the perfect sacrifice that we needed, neither could his death have paid for the sins of the whole world.
