Apologetics – Defending the Faith is a video based series produced by our church body featuring Professor Michael Berg from Wisconsin Lutheran College.
Apologetics is narrowly defined as “defending the Christian faith by reason with gentleness and respect.” The Apostle Peter writes:
“Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect, keeping a clear conscience, so that those who speak maliciously against your good behavior in Christ may be ashamed of their slander. 1 Peter 3:15-16
Our goal here is to get ourselves to think clearly. When we think clearly, we will speak clearly. All this is with the goal of love towards neighbor.
