Ephesians proclaims God’s grace in Christ that saves sinners and unites them into one Church. In Him we are chosen, redeemed, and made alive. Paul calls believers to live as God’s new people—walking in love, unity, and holiness—clothed with the armor of God to stand firm in faith.
Everyone is welcome to attend this mid week study. We’ll use Zoom for our meeting. HERE is the link.
Ephesians 1
The six chapters of Paul’s letter to the Ephesians can be divided into two halves. The first three chapters talk about doctrine or teaching and the second half talks about those teachings applied in our everyday life. Our first chapter talks about God’s plan of salvation even before time began.
Ephesians 2
The second chapter talks about Jesus entering the scene – some would say the human side of God’s plan of salvation.
Ephesians 3
In the third chapter Paul prays for the Ephesians that they might know the power of God.
Ephesians 4
How wonderful our lives are – forgiven, at peace, and gifted! Chapter 4 begins the second half of Paul’s letter to the Ephesians. We will see how we can live our faith.
Ephesians 5
