The dog days of summer aren’t so hot when you can cool down at a cookout with members of the community. Thank you, as always, to those who made the event a success. We were able to see new and old faces.
One of the highlights of the evening was that a son of our congregation returned from a long run with the Marines. Normally basic training gets broken up with parent visits and time back a home, but this young man went nine long months without seeing his family. Semper Fi!
