Valentine’s Day is a great opportunity to rekindle relationships. This isn’t easy to do when money is tight and there aren’t alot of options for child care. Star of Bethlehem wants to help!
Worship Windows
Our worship is a reflection of what we believe. It is also a window to our past. We will be offering a new Bible study for the new year – Worship Windows. The old thesis lex orandi, lex credendi (“The law of prayer is the law of belief”) remains true. In the House of the Lord is based on this thesis: “What we believe influences how we worship. And how we worship reflects what we believe.”
Family Movie Night
January can be a cold dark month. Families have been back to the grind after the natural let down from the holidays. Star of Bethlehem Lutheran Church will offer the community a movie night on Saturday, January 29th. Stay tuned for more details. Family Movie Night is a great time to bring a friend to spend some time with our church family. There will be no charge and refreshments like candy, soda, and popcorn will be offered.
